All of our products are made to order. If a product is damaged during shipment a replacement will be provided if the conditions of Little London Refund Policy are fully met. Notification of damaged products shall be supplied to Little London Care Team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Refunds or change in product type are not provided in the case of damaged goods. We use Royal Mail to carrier our goods. Flat rate postage is calculated on most areas throughout out the United Kingdom.

If your package has been lost in transit, please provide us with proof of purchase and the tracking number. We will do everything we can to locate the lost item.

If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly returns/exchanges are acceptable, however any postage incurred shall be covered by the customer.
