SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, we are only able to process orders within the United Kingdom.

Each item is handmade to order, and while our standard processing time is up to 4 business days, we aim to dispatch most orders within 2 business days whenever possible.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within the UK.
Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed and shipped from Monday when we are back at the Workshop. Orders are processed in the order we receive them.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text (as provided at checkout). We use Royal Mail as our carrier, and postage is calculated at a flat rate across most UK regions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our products are made to order. If a product is damaged during shipment a replacement will be provided if the conditions of Little London Refund Policy are fully met. Notification of damaged products shall be supplied to Little London Care Team within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Refunds or change in product type are not provided in the case of damaged goods. Your product will be replaced with the same item you purchased. In order to claim a replacement product for a damaged product please supply proof of purchase and images of the damaged product with your request.

Order cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of order placement. Your account will be credited with the same value as the purchase amount.
Please carefully read the product, packing and shipping descriptions before purchasing an item to ensure you are entirely happy with the terms of supply. Refunds are not permitted for change in mind.
